Atrio and Moda Advantage plans are PPO plans so you can receive benefits from any provider nationwide who accepts Medicare. Initial Enrollment Period is three months before your birthday, month of your birthday, and three months after your birthday. Annual Enrollment Period is Oct. 15 – Dec. 7. Special Enrollment Period is within 63 days after relocating or loss of credible health coverage. During this time, you will have the opportunity to enroll in a Medigap or advantage plan with no health questions asked.

Klamath Falls Medicare Supplement (Medigap) insurance companies provide benefits to cover costs approved by Medicare but not paid by Medicare Part A and Part B.

Medicare Supplements are standardized and are identified by letters such as F. All plan Fs are the same regardless of which company you buy it from. The only difference between companies is the premium they charge.
Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans cover costs approved by Medicare but not paid by Medicare Plan A and Plan B.

You can sign up for a Medigap plan with no health questions asked during your Open Enrollment period – the six-month period that starts the first day of the month you are 65 or older and enrolled in Medicare Part B. We encourage you to contact us at least 30 days prior to your 65th birthday and/or enrolling in Medicare Part B.
Special Enrollment Period is the 63-day period after relocating or losing large group coverage, when the insured can change or sign up with no health questions asked.
Prescription Plans need to be purchased if you have a Medicare Supplement Plan as RX benefits are not built into the plans.
